Description: The Bookshop Shawl is a crescent shaped shawl featuring I-cord edges, and slip stitch detail along the center that mimics the spine of your favorite book surrounded by easy garter stitch rows. In this class, you will learn all things I-cord related - the I-cord tab cast on, edges, and bind off. This shawl can be knit with one or two 100 gram skeins of fingering weight yarn so you can customize your shawl to your preferred size.

Yarn: 100-200 grams fingering weight yarn, such as La Jolla by Baah Yarn. Light tonal, variegated, or speckled colorways will work best for this shawl.

Needles: US 6 (4mm) 32” circular needle or longer to accommodate large stitch count
Pattern: Bookshop by Kacey Herlihy (available in-shop via ravelry)
Notions: 3 locking stitch markers, darning needle, row counter.
