Description: This super fun and east set includes a hat, cowl and mitts all featuring the same combination of stitches. In the class we’ll work on the hat. Once you’ve got that down, the other two pieces of the pattern are easy to make. This simple three piece set of fingerless mitts, cowl and a slouchy hat is inspired by the letter “T” in Morse code.
Before the class you should know: The basics of knitting. How to cast on, knit and purl in the round. I’ll teach you how to do the special stitch in the pattern.
Materials: The material description for this includes yardage to complete all three projects. There is very little wiggle room if your gauge is off. Almost all 300 yards were used of the yarn with maybe 2 yards left. 2 skeins of Delicious Yarns Gourmet Silk Mohair Blend in Rock Candy (150 yard skein) 300 yards. 2 skeins Manos del Uruguay Maxima in Natural (218 yard skein) 300 yards or comparable bulky to gauge 4-6 stitches per inch.
