Description: Light weight fabric is the key to this design, it’s soft and has great drape. The gauge might be a bit difficult to achieve, but the result is definitely worth it! Lofty and light, like a soft whisper in the springtime! Subtle shaping and small details make this pullover romantic and very easy to wear.
1Needles: US #7, 24” or larger circular needle and set of double pointed needles. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
2Yarn: 600 - 1200 yards of fingering weight yarn
3Pattern is available for purchase on Ravelry
4Also Recommended: basic knitting supplies such as darning needle, measuring tape, row counter, scissors, stitch markers, writing utensil to take notes, waste yarn, 3mm crochet hook
aKnit and block swatches - Using yarn and needles intended for the project, cast on 30 sts and knit in St st for 4 inches, bind off then block. Check your gauge. If needed, knit/block a couple of different swatches in different needle sizes until gauge is achieved. Bring swatches to first class.
bIf your gauge is good, feel free to do the cast on, but do not join in the round as we will discuss different techniques in class.
