Instructor: Betsy Morrissey

Max Students: 4
**Prerequisites: Students should be comfortable with basic knit & purl stitches, reading patterns, knitting in the round, casting on & binding off***
Description: The stunning yet simple lace pattern of Cloudland creates the illusion of swirling cables, without having to actually knit cables! Knitters will learn simple increase and decrease stitches to create a thumb gusset, a new way to knit in the round, and simple lace stitches in this introduction to lace patterns.
Note: Instructor uses the Magic Loop method of knitting in the round, while the pattern is written for double pointed needles so there will be some adjustments. While either method is welcome (and encouraged) for this class, those new to knitting small items in the round will learn Magic Loop.
Materials:
