****Prereqs: Must be comfortable with knit, purl, cast on, bind off techniques, and how to read a chart. Being comfortable with the long tail cast on method is a benefit but not required.****

Description: If you have ever been interested in reversible colorwork knitting, this is the class for you. You will learn how to knit with 2 skeins of yarn at the same time to create nearly infinite opportunities for color work. We will cover a standard double-knit cast on, how to perform a double knit, how to change colors in the middle of a project without breaking the yarn, how to work a slipped pair and linked pair as well as an appropriate bind off technique. At the end of the course, you will leave with a swatch of a pattern you can make at home and the skills required to complete the project.

Materials: 2 skeins of worsted weight yarn in contrasting colors, a set of 5.5mm (or yarn appropriate) knitting needles (can use either circular or straight needles), some markers (not required but helpful), a pair of yarn scissors and needle to weave in ends.
