Description: March is National ASL Month. Get your hands moving to communicate about this important and often disregarded language. Or you can just flip someone off creatively.

Materials: Wool roving in the flesh tone of your choice, a small amount of palm colored wool roving, very small amounts of wool roving in pink and cream for the nail beds and any details on the hands, poly-fil to make a base shape, a medium felting needle, scissors, pipe cleaners, jewelry making pliers and wire cutters, a weight to place in the hand to keep it upright
