Needle Felting: Landscape - Thursday, February 17th, 4-6pm

Availability: In stock (5)

Instructor: Megan Fiscus
Level: Beginner
Max 5 students

Description: This is a series class that will occur every month. The landscape will be reflective of the season and month in which the class occurs. Each design will be based off of an image that you will use for reference as you apply wool roving to fabric that has the pattern of the image drawn onto it. It’s sort of like colour-by-numbers, but with wool and a super sharp needle! Stab your way to the most beautiful hills, valleys, cliffs, dells, mountains, beaches, and skies a felter can dream of. Each design will be approximately 4.5 inches in diameter.

Though the fabric will be provided for you, there are some things you need to bring.
The colours of wool may change every month, but these items will remain the same:
Needle-felting needles
A brush block or a generously deep 6x6 square of upholstery foam (highly recommended)
You may also want an embroidery hoop to display your creation. Needs to accommodate a 4.5” diameter artwork
Please use the image provided to be aware of the colour scheme.

February: In addition to the supplies listed above, you will need dark and light purple, grey, light pink, dark green, dark brown, orange, and a small amount of white wool roving.
