Shipping, Returns, and Exchanges

Orders are generally shipped on the weekdays the retail location is open (check the location and hours page for the most current information) via USPS after payment has been received. The buyer chooses the shipping speed upon checkout when applicable. Orders generally take 24-48 hours to process during the business week. Orders may be tracked once shipped. Shipping is to the United States only at this time. 

There are no returns allowed, only exchanges within 15 days, on needles, hooks, patterns on accessories due nature of these items. Yarn and roving may be returned within 15 days (exchanged within 30 days) of purchase as long as the items are in like new condition showing no signs of use.

For returns the customer is responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse and for exchanges the customer is responsible for shipping back to our warehouse as well as new shipping charges for the correct items back to the customer. Initial shipping charge is non-refundable. It is recommended in the event exchange is needed, that the customer orders them correct item(s) on their own and once the item to be exchanged has been received in like new condition a refund will be given.

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES MUST BE APPROVED. Please contact us via ticket system or from your account once you are logged in to obtain authorization for your return/exchange.  UNAPPROVED EXCHANGES/RETURNS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
