Description: Wet felting is a very active form of crafting in that we are rubbing the wool as it is wet in order to make a more solid shape. We will then be working on sculptural details to craft a flower. We will be utilizing wet felting techniques as well as some needle felting for added detail.
Materials: You will need mesh netting (preferably made for wet felting) or a large piece of un-popped bubble wrap, a bar of castile soap, a bamboo (sushi) mat, a small amount of white or cleaning vinegar, and wool roving in the flower color of your choosing (you can use a couple of colors for more dimension). Optional: Green wool roving for leaves and a stem, yellow wool roving for details, felting needle
