Description: Join us for a beginning brioche class where you will learn how to create a simple two color cowl. Students will use circular needles and worsted weight yarn to make a squishy and warm fabric in the round. This intermediate technique may be applied to other patterns that utilize brioche! Enjoy knitting a small accessory over the spring months that you may use this coming fall and winter.
Materials: Worsted Weight Yarn of two colors, 400 yards of each color.
Gauge: 18 stitches and 25 rows = 4 inches in stitch pattern
Needles: US # 6/4mm, 32 inch cable
Pattern will be provided with the class
Recommended tools: darning needle, measuring tape, scissors, stitch markers and desired materials for note taking.
