Description: Join us for a beginning lace class where you will learn how to create a beautiful one-skein shawl. Students will use circular needles and fingering weight yarn to make a lightweight accessory which can be worn most of the year. This intermediate technique only uses simple increases and decreases to make something that will be cherished for years to come.
Materials: Fingering Weight Yarn of one color, one full skein
Gauge: 21 stitches and 29 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch blocked
Needles: US # 6/4mm, 32 inch cable
US E / 3.5 mm crochet hook
